We’ll send you a preview of the embroidery design within a few days after your order is placed, so you can approve it before we stitch it. Bear Kuujjuaq the Black is easy to wash, making it a perfect keepsake that lasts. Please note, no accessories like bow ties are included. A thoughtful and personalized gift your little one will cherish!
All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator. All orders ship for 5$ for anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region.
If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.
We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.
You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.
