This little teddy has a heart bigger than imaginable. He's always listening to minor concerns and his squishy paws can take away any pain. He loves to ride in the car and picnics with a bit of honey, of course!

- No accessory (bows, bow tie, etc) included. Shipping within Canada and embroidery included.

All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator. All orders ship for 5$ for anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region.
If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.
We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.
You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.
