Please note:

• This plush does not feature a zipper at the bottom.
• Embroidery will appear on the back of the ears, and it's not possible to add a message beneath the plush or include a recorder.
• Measures 12 inches (30cm) sitting.
• Embroidery templates can be customized—just mention any changes in the text box.
• A design proof will be sent for approval within 2-3 business days after ordering.
• No accessories (bows, bow ties, etc.) are included, but embroidery is.
• Machine washable for easy care.

All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator.  All orders ship for 5$ for anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region. 

 If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.

We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.

You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.
